11th Asia Pacific International Congess of Anatomists(APICA)

Welcome

Dear Colleagues,

You are warmly welcome to the combined 11th Asia Pacific International Congress of Anatomists (APlCA) and 39th Annual Meeting of the Chinese Society for Anatomical Sciences (CSAS). The theme of APICA 2025 is "Proceed" which follows up our “reconnect" at APlCA 2023 in Dunedin，New Zealand. APlCA 2025 will let us proceed our friendships and collaborations forged at the congress. APlCA 2025 will bring together anatomists not only from Asia-Pacific regions, but from all over the world to share their expertise and knowledge and advancements in the field of anatomy, and we are delighted to have you here as a part of this remarkable community.

The conference will be held in Guangzhou，China from the 8th to 11th of August, 2025. On behalf of the organizing committee and the CSAS, we warmly invite you to visit the beautiful city, Guangzhou, which was built 2,200 years ago and has been one of the most dynamic cities in China.

We look forward to seeing you in Guangzhou, China and to “Proceed" what we already have achieved.

Registration

Registration Cancellation Conditions

Any bank charges incurred through reimbursement of cancelled participation will be charged to the participant.

Receipt of written cancellation by 8 June 2025: Full refund minus a $30 handling fee.

Receipt of written cancellation after 8 June 2025: 50% cancellation fee will apply, minus a $30 handling fee.

Less than 30 days before the event (after 9 July 2025): 80% cancellation fee will apply, minus a $30 handling fee.

Receipt of written cancellation after 9 July 2025: 100% cancellation fee will apply, minus a $30 handling fee.

All cancellations and/or changes to registrations must be made in writing to the secretariat via e-mail: apica2025@vip.163.com

Notice:To facilitate payment for participants, the conference has entrusted Beijing Kanggelaisi Culture Communication Ltd. with the responsibility of handling registration and fee collection matters.
